Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at battleshipbeanery.com.

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your order. However, with the exception of damage during delivery, we may be unable to accept the returns due to the custom production, roast to order consumable. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

To be eligible for a replacement on severely damaged items, we must receive digital photo's (3 or 4) of the item in its damaged condition and packaging. On dissatisfied orders, and due to the custom production of your consumable product, we are only able to issue a 50% refund on the total cost of the items and shipping that were delivered safely. However, we would greatly appreciate a full explanation and reason for your dissatisfaction in our products so that we can work diligently to correct these issues for current and future products.

Refunds

Once we receive notification and photo's of any damaged products, we will immediately notify you on the status of your replacement (usually replacement items are shipped within 10 days of notification). If your return is approved for dissatisfied products, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
